Gaudi's "Church of the Nativity" in Central Barcelona
The notorious 8 looped Dragon Chan!!! GRR!
Well yeah, my school organised a trip to Spanola earlier this year and a couple of good compadres and I set off on a nightmare 30hour bus journey across the Channel, through France and into Spain. However, it was such a blast when we got there because our hotel was situated right on the beach and we could have a dip in the swimming pool practically every day. Our stay was pretty hectic as we visited the Aquarium, La Port Aventura Theme Park, The Football Stadium, the Monastery at Montserrat and spent a day shopping and being shown around the sites in the centre of Barcelona. Highlights included: the infamous Irish tour-guide Malachy who would not shut up and who commented on everything from the economy to tarmac on the roads, late-night team games out on the beach with the teachers, actually buying everything in Sephora and the Indiana-Jones-esque ride at the theme park that only Smurf, Julie, Rhiannon and I know how extremely coolio it was!!! Anyhoo, Fantastic holiday in Barcelona and Catalunya :P
Love to the Globetrotters xXx
